Bachelor Degree
A Bachelor's Degree is the real first step to starting a new career. If you look at online job listings, you will notice that a good percentage of them require a bachelor degree to be eligible.
It has been proven that people who take a bachelor degree earn 60% more in a lifetime over a person with just a high school diploma. A bachelor degree is usually 120 credits and can be completed in 4 years if you take a regular schedule. If you do the classes in your own time with an online degree, you can actually finish much faster, it all depends on you.
There are a few types of bachelor degrees.
Bachelor of Arts (BA) – A Bachelor of Arts degree is usually awarded to people who take at least ½ of their courses in social sciences, humanities, music, or fine arts. These degrees aim to be well rounded liberal arts degrees that allow you to do many things in life.
Bachelor of Science (BS) – A Bachelor of Science degree is awarded to people who take at least ½ of their 120 credits in life sciences, physicals sciences, or mathematical sciences.
